Nariyal Laddu (coconut laddu)



Nariyal Laddu
Preparation Time- 10 minutes
Cooking time -30-40 minutes
Serving- Around 15-18 laddus

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium fresh coconut
  • 1/2  liter toned milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
Method
  • Peel and Grate coconut, using a kaddukas (Grater)
  • Put Milk to heat on medium flame in a pan / kadhai
  • Once milk is boiled, add grated coconut.
  • Let the coconut boil with milk, till milk is totally absorbed with coconut.
  • Now add Sugar and mix well on medium flame while stirring constantly else it will get burned.
  • Once you will add sugar some water will appear due to melting sugar, let this evaporate and your laddu mixture is ready.
  • Let this mixture cool, apply some ghee on your palm and enjoy making the laddus :)
