Ingredients:
- Macaroni - 2 cups
- Onion- 1 medium chopped
- Tomato - 1 medium chopped
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Basil- 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Cheese cube - 1 or Butter / Nutrilite- 1 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Lemon juice - 1tsp
- Oil- 2tsp
Method
- Boil 2 cups macaroni with 1 tbsp oil added in water (so as to avoid macaroni getting stick together)
- Strain macaroni using a strainer.
- Take a deep frying pan/kadhai, add oil.
- When oil is warm, add onion, saute till pink.
- Add butter/cheese, mix well
- Add tomato, cook for 2-3 minutes, add lemon juice.
- Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
- Now add macaroni and mix well with the prepared masala.
- Sprinkle pepper, chili flakes, oregano, basil, salt and mix well.
- Cover pan with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
