The combination below is one the favourite breakfast options in Greek cuisine, for vegetarians its a dish to relish and non vegetarians love it too :)

Item: Tzaziki – Curd Dip to be used with Herb & Pesto Panini bread or pita bread
Serving for 3-4 people
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Curd (Dahi) – 1 cup
2. Cucumber (Kheera) – 1 small
3. Olive oil – 2 tsp
4. Garlic (Lahsun) – 2 flakes
5. White pepper – 2 pinch
6. Fresh cream (Malai) – 1 tbsp [Optional]
Method
1. Hang curd in a muslin cloth or a slightly big strainer. Let it be for ½ hour, its excess water will drain.
2. Finely grate cucumber and squeeze it using your fist to drain its water.
3. Finely grate garlic cloves.
4. Once curd is thick beat it for a while to make it smooth, add fresh cream to this If you want.
5. Add grated cucumber, grated garlic and olive oil.
6. Add white pepper and mix well.
7. Pour it in bowl in which you would like to serve and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving :)
1. Cut bread in half
2. Use a tawa to toast bread with oil, till it turns golden brown on both sides.
3.Serve hot with Tzaziki dip
