Ingredients:
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Bread slice - 8
- Ghee for toasting bread
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Dry fruits for garnish
Method
Making Rabri
- Take a non stick pan & add Milk.
- Bring to boil and then keep on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally (Rabri takes time to form, almost around 40-45 minutes.
- When milk is thicker of rabri consistency, switch off gas, After 2 minutes add sugar and mix well.
- Again heat on medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once rabri is ready, we will prepare bread and serve.
Yummy...I just love sweet dishes. Rabri is my fav. I will defiantly try it.
