Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients:
- Apple - 2
- Sugar - 1 cup (150 gm)
- Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Method

Apple pulp |
- Cut and peel apples, chop into smaller pieces.
- Using mixer, make pulp of apples.
- Add sugar to apple pulp.
- Take a kadhai/ frying pan and put mix of sugar and apple pulp to heat on mid flame.
- Keep stirring in between to avoid burning the mix.
- After 20-25 minutes you can see the consistency will be similar to easy spread jam.
- Switch off flame and add lemon juice, mix well.
- Allow to cool, your fresh home made Apple jam is ready :)
